Sorry folks - the party came to an abrubt end when we were out with the washing in the final race at Wolverhampton yesterday. I thought Border Artist was a little unlucky, failing to get a clear run on the rails - but I'm probably clutching at straws a little. Tyrone Sam was a huge disappointment though - never even looked like threatening.
Something a little different on Saturday - a National Hunt race ! We head to Ascot for the HorseGraph in the opener at 1.10 - a competitive looking handicap.
We had six horses without success on Friday and again it's a bumper bundle here - as five horses clearly stand out on the graph.
They are Overstrand (10.5), Mahogany Blaze (54), Cantgeton (29), French Saulaie (7.2) and Ma Yahab (27). The current Betdaq prices are shown in brackets.
Overstrand, the top-weight just gets the top-rating and has been most consistent, in terms of ratings, over his last three races. His third to Afsoun was no disgrace at Haydock and then at Newbury last week he was just beaten a neck by outsider Heathcote. Connections are clearly striking while the iron is hot and the horse is in good heart. He handles the softer ground and looks a sound bet.

Many thanks Ray - delighted with today's result - particularly at the end of a good week - claiming 18.6 points profit on the day with some 11.8 available at the off. Like Tesco's - every little helps.
Hope you had a good day.
David
