Well let's hope for a better week this week.
We start the week by opposing a hot favourite in the opener at Wolverhampton at 2.00. Augustus John, a former inmate of Aidan O'Brien, is trading as a solid favourite on Betdaq at just over evens but looks vulnerable on the HorseGraph figures and he has twice been beaten before at short odds. Furthermore, there is every chance that he was flattered by his proximity to Mighty at Lingfield last time out.
Tancredi gets the top vote at a tempting 8.1. He shaped well when third to Red Birr here last time out having previously fly-jumped leaving the stalls and unseating Hayley Turner.
Kabis Amigos, Prince Des Neiges and Buscador are trading at 18.5, 44 and 10 respectively and all are capable of running well based on the ratings.
